2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in G.R. No. 1048/2005, Trial No. 127/2009, arising out of Roh P.S. Case No. 38/2005 by which Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted bail and thereafter proper pairvi was not done by his lawyer and therefore Non Bailable Warrant has been issued. He further submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear regularly in the court and cooperate in the disposal of the case.

4. In view of above, this application is allowed.

5. The order dated 14.07.2015 is quashed. The petitioner is directed to appear in the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order in the court below. He will participate in the case and he will appear regularly either personally or through his lawyer and he will cooperate in the disposal of the case.
