The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For directing the respondent to take proper and all effective actions for conduct of recovery process, in pursuance to the order dated 18.03.2010, passed by the Court of Estate officer, ITDC Ltd under section (1) of section 5 & (1) & (2 a) of section of the Public Premises (Eviction of unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of its aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is
