2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to quash the order dated 27.01.2015 passed in B.L.T. Case No.754 of 2013 by the Hon'ble Chairman, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna by which the application of respondent no.5 the pre-emptor under section 16 (3) of Bihar Land Ceiling Act was allowed and the learned D.C.L.R. Farbesganj was directed to restore the registered sale- deed no.785

Patna High Court CWJC No.9525 of 2016(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/3 dated 22.09.2011 executed in favour of Respondent no.5.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to quash the order dated 20.01.2011 passed in Ceiling Case No.28/2009-10 by learned Dy. Collector Land Reforms Farbesganj by which the Ceiling Case No.28/2009-10 was allowed and direction was given to execute sale-deed in favour of Respondent no.5.

iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to confirm the order passed by the learned Collector, Araria in Ceiling Appeal Case No.12/2010-11 on 01.04.2013 whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 20.01.2011 passed in Ceiling Case No.28/2009-10 was allowed and the order passed by the learned D.C.L.R. set aside and the sale-deed no.7585 of 2011 dated 22.09.2011 was declared not operative and sub-Registrar Farbisganj was directed to realized appropriate registration fee in registration of sale-deed no.1952/2010 dated 26.02.2010 after its verification.

iv. For issuance of an appropriate writ,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9525 of 2016(2) dt.09-12-2025 3/3 order, direction to confirm the order dated 26.06.2013 passed in Land Ceiling Revision No.227 of 2013 by learned Divisional Commissioner, Purnea by which the revision filed by respondent no. 5 was rejected.

v. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to declare the sale-deed no.1952 dated 26.02.2010 executed by Respondent no.6 in favour of petitioner legal operative and binding all upon other except the petitioner and his legal heirs. vi. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to grant reliefs for any other relief for which the petitioner is found entitled too.

3. Mr. Ramakant Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Permission accorded.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
