2. Vide order dated 18.09.2014, the petitioner had submitted that he needed to file some documents in support of title. Even after the lapse of more than a decade, no supplementary affidavit bringing any kind of document in support of title has been filed by the petitioner. It is further to be noted that this case has been listed after more than a decade and still the petitioner has not cared to appear to pursue the writ application.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, it is apparent
