The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G. O. Case No. 335 of 2019 arising out of Laherisarai P. S. Case No. 123 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a)(c)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, defence taken by the petitioner, the period undergone by him in custody as an under trial prisoner and the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application that he has got no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
