Patna High Court CWJC No.13090 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to agitate her claim before the District Teachers Appellate Authority.
Permission is granted.
Should such an application be filed within a period of thirty days, the same shall be taken up on priority basis, keeping in mind that the petitioner is not being paid her salary. If the petitioner stands dissatisfied with the order of the District Teachers Appellate Authority, she may approach the Appellate Authority thereafter.
It is expected that the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall dispose off the proceedins within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
