2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a/26/27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injuries. It is also alleged that the accused persons snatched silver chain of Rs. 2500/- from the neck of the wife of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that there is no

He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 24.01.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023.
