JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-09-2023 Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel representing the petitioner presses the present application for restoration of CWJC No. 9742 of 2022, which stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the order dated 11.11.2022 passed by the learned Bench of this Court.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the defects pointed out by the Registry had already been removed within the peremptory time but, only on account of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1395 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 fact that the synopsis could not be arranged in chronological order, the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not been treated to be finally removed and accordingly, the writ petition stood dismissed due to peremptory order.

3. In view of the averments made in the restoration application and the submissions advanced, the present application stands allowed.

4. Let CWJC No. 9742 of 2022 be restored to its original record.

5. Learned counsel for the State and B.R.A Bihar University are present.
