The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of fourwheeler and disposing of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant. In fact, informant and the petitioners

No.33607 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 are co-villagers, and Saket Kumar, son of the petitioners performed the marriage with the daughter of the informant due to love affairs and used to reside separate to the petitioners, as petitioners used to reside at Delhi and due to mis-undrstanding in between daughter of the informant and son of the petitioners, daughter of the informant committed suicide and in presence of informant, last ceremony was performed but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-VII, Darbhanga, in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
