Let the defects, if any, be removed within two weeks of the start of the physical Court.

This application is for modification of order dated 05.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24368 of 2021, whereby the petitioner was allowed regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to bona fide mistake of the office of the counsel in the prayer portion of the bail application P.S. case number has wrongly been typed as Excise Case No.563 of 2020, in place of Magadh University P.S. Case No.147 of 2020.

For reasons stated in this application, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43986 of 2021(2) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 modification application is allowed and the order dated 05.07.2021 is modified to the extent that P.S. Case number be read as Magadh University P.S. Case No.147 of 2020, subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce the receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds. Rest of the order shall remain intact. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
