The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 15316 of 2011.

A second supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 today. Paragraph 5 thereof reads

Patna High Court MJC No.2542 of 2015(6) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 as under:- "That in this context it would be pertinent to state here that for the purpose construction of the building of S. Lal High School, Bhojpur upto+2 level a sum of total Rs.1,36,15,000/- (Rs. One crore thirty six lacs fifteen thousand only) was sanctioned in the financial year 2017-18 and out of the same the remaining amount of Rs. 93,15,000/- (Ninety three lacs fifteen thousand only) was released as is evident vide letter dated 21.05.2018 contained in Memo No. 01 issued by the Deputy, Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna addressed to the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna."

We are of the considered view that appropriate action has been taken by the concerned authority. As such, the present petition is disposed of.
