2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.11.2015 passed in Atari P.S. Case No.94 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.3208 of 2015 by which learned A.C.J.M. II, Gaya was pleased to take cognizance against the petitioners under Sections 366A/34 of I.P.C.

3. From the status report received from the court concerned, it appears that the accused persons-petitioners have been acquitted vide judgment dated 07.01.2020.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
