This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 444 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as also considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
