====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

In case, trial is not concluded within six months, the trial court shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and condition and the court below is required to furnish report as to failure to conclude the trial within the aforesaid time indicated above in the administrative side to the Registrar (Vigilance) of this Court.
