25-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Ghosi P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner has been arrested with a stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41720 of 2021(2) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019.
