The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86573 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charges have been framed in this case on 04.03.2020 and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 29.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
