The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 dated 01.10.2018 instituted for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report is against unknown but the petitioner's name has transpired on the basis of some information collected through the mode of call detail report. The purse of a lady was snatched from a running

The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2020. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018.
