Shri Rajesh Kumar and Shri Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned Advocates had appeared on the earlier occasion in the entire batch of cases, which has given rise to this appeal. To the effect, we have allowed the connected appeal i.e. L.P.A. No.504 of 2019 today. This appeal also deserves to be allowed on the same terms keeping in view the law laid down in the case of Chairman, Central Selection Board Vs. Ishika Raj & Anr., reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 281. Consequently, this appeal is also allowed on the same terms.
