Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chewara P. S. Case No. 18 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(i) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the there is recovery of 955.8 litres of illicit foreign liquor from the vehicles in question and also the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
