2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 30.10.2015 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In the court below, trail has already begun and two witness have been examined.
