2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance 20.06.2017 passed in Tr. No.43 of 2017 arising out of Kudhani P.S.Case No.363 of 2016 by the learned Special court POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur, whereby the cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 148, 354, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act.

3. On the basis of letter dated 22.08.2025 of the court of learned Special Judge POCSO -II, Muzaffarpur (at flag 'R1'), the office has reported that the charges have been framed and the stage of the trial is at evidence of witnesses.
