1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhagwan Bazar Police Station Case No. 470 of 2023, dated 06.12.2023, disclosing offences under Sections 363/336-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that on 03.12.2023, in the morning, when the daughter of the informant went outside to attend natures call, all

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation against the co-accused Maharaja Chaudhary, who was having love relationship with the victim. The petitioners have been made accused merely on the ground that they happen to be the parents and brother of the co-accused Maharaja Chaudhary.
5. Regards being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the victim has stated that she was taken by Maharaja Chaudhary to his sister's house, where they resided for six days, I am inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar Police Station Case No. 470 of 2023,
