The accusation against this petitioner is that she stole newly born baby of informant. The petitioner was caught in course of investigation, and was put on test identification parade. The informant claimed to have identified the petitioner in test identification parade.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as materials available on the case diary, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail, accordingly, her prayer for bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 567 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.
