Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 120B, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the father of informant went missing and later his dead body was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no

The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The name of the petitioners has transpired merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for suspicion, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioners in this case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 200 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
