The report indicates high
Patna High Court CWJC No.839 of 2014(11) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 handedness in the matter of preparation of select list. Considering the report the Court is left with no option but to direct the Vigilance to register case on the basis of the report dated 01.02.2019. At the same time, the employment unit is directed to take appropriate corrective measure in the light of the discussion in the vigilance report dated 01.02.2019. The report of the Vigilance be returned in a sealed cover to the learned counsel representing the Vigilance Department for appropriate follow-up action.
In view of the above, Annexures-3 and 7 have lost their significance and have now become inoperative. With the aforesaid, the present proceeding stands disposed of.
