The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, G.R. No. 3565 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that on search one country made pistol and 9 bullets were recovered from him. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that mandatory provisions of Section 100 Cr.P.C. are not followed. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 8 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be
