2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74509 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that owing to extenuating circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period as he had gone out of the State for his livelihood.

4. For the reasons stated above, time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of the order dated 21.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74509 of 2018 is hereby extended by a period of four weeks from today.
