Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- " That this is the writ petition being filed before this Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'certiorari" whereby and where-under setting aside the Letter as contains in Memo No. 657 dated 30.09.1991, issued by the then Sub-Divisional Officer, Danapur whereby the PDS being 111/1991 of the petitioner was suspended and thereafter a letter as contains in Memo No. 2155 dated 26.11.1991, issued by the aforesaid authority the PDS license as aforesaid was cancelled. Further prayer of the petitioner herein above is to command and direct the state respondents to revive/restore the PDS license as

Patna High Court CWJC No.13156 of 2021 dt.13-01-2022 2/2 aforesaid and allow him to run the PDS shop with impunity."

Petitioner has approached this Court for setting aside the order of cancellation of P.D.S. license dated 26.11.1991 passed by the licensing authority-cum-S.D.O., Danapur. Petitioner did not take any steps or statutory remedies available to him for setting aside the order dated 26.11.1991 of cancellation of P.D.S. license and has approached this court after 20 years of passing of impugned order.

The writ petition is dismissed on ground of delay and latches.
