Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are in custody since 28.01.2023 and petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35347 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 for bail.

The petitioners are involved in the killing of a witness who was going to depose in a murder case. The occurrence is of 2015 and the petitioners are also absconders. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present. This application stands rejected.

The petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after deposition of the informant in the present case. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
