The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Kamtaul P.S. Case No.148 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is direct allegation against both the petitioners that they have caused injury upon the informant's side. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on its own merit
