2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with RC 02320 13A 0004, dated 12.03.2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2)r read with Section 13(1)(d) of the prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. It appears from paragraph no. 2 of the bail application that the petitioner mentioned that he has not moved before this Court for grant of regular bail or anticipatory bail in the present case. But learned counsel for the CBI has produced an order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75789 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35814 of 2024(4) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 2019 which reflects/suggests that the petitioner had already appeared before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in the present matter and the same was dismissed vide order dated 17.06.2020. It appears that the petitioner has concealed the fact and moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner has not come before this Court with clean hand and hence, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with RC 02320 13A 0004 pending in the court of learned Special Judge CBI, Muzaffarpur.

5. Prayer is refused.
