Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. It has come during investigation that the deceased had ran away towards railway station where she committed suicide after a routine family dispute. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 27.12.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
