This application has been filed for extension of time for six weeks by modifying the order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7021 of 2022 arising out of Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail for a period of three months and directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while praying for extension of time to surrender submits that the petitioner could not surrender because of some personal difficulty.

No.33414 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7021 of 2022 arising out of Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 is hereby extended by six weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
