2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 03.10.2024 at about 10 AM, when the informant went to his shop, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons came there and thereafter, this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod, due to which, he fell down and sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
