ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 03-01-2023 At the very out set learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error, family pension has been typed as familiar pension in the petition in many places. He seeks permission to correct the same.

Permission granted.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the said defects in course of the day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Superintendent of PMCH present.

At the very out set learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's representations is pending before the Superintendent of PMCH as Annexure-8 series demanding

Patna High Court CWJC No.13087 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 retiral dues and family pension of his father but till date there is no decision taken by the respondent no.2. Counter affidavit has also not been filed by the Superintendent of PMCH (respondent no.2).

Petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Superintendent of PMCH and Superintendent of PMCH is directed to take a decision granting the benefits of family pension and other retiral dues in favour of the petitioner and others in accordance with law. The petitioner shall file representation within two weeks from today and the respondent no.2 shall decide the same within 60 days thereafter. It is also directed that the admitted dues shall be paid to the petitioner within 30 days thereafter.

With this direction, the writ application is disposed off.
