2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.243 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is accused in motorcycle theft.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2025 and he claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31139 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/concerned Court below, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.243 of 2024.
7. One of the bailor will be a blood relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
9. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Siwaipatti Police Station, Muzaffarpur on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
