It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant application has been filed for commanding the respondents to pay to the petitioner his post retiral benefits along with interest thereon, arrears of salary and for other dues. The petitioner retired on 31.03.2014 as Peon from the Bihar State Construction Corporation Ltd.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that
Patna High Court CWJC No.19997 of 2016 dt.07-08-2019 2/2 matters of similar nature had travelled to the Apex Court in SLP No. 16159 of 2017 wherein it has been observed that in view of the action taken by the State Government with respect to the employees of the various Corporations, nothing further requires to be done and the Special Leave Petitions were disposed of. It is further submitted that similar writ applications like C.W.J.C. No. 7161 of 2017 have been disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this court in terms of the order passed by the Apex Court. It is prayed that this application may also be disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
Learned counsel appearing for the State, having gone through the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7161 of 2017 has no objection to the same.
