====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 The petitioner, Kamla Kant Yadav, is a practicing advocate in Bhaglapur. He is alleged to have filed Title Suit on the basis of thumb impressions, which are said to be the thumb impression of the plaintiffs whereas, two of the plaintiffs have denied to have executed Vakalatnama in favour of the petitioner and they were not produced by the petitioner on the direction of the Court. It seems that the petitioner himself is involved in this kind of fraud for the reasons best known to him. Therefore, the impugned order has rightly been passed against him.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.
