2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 64 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner has committed rape with the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim, it appears to be a case of consensual relationship. The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30704 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024.
