The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jandaha P. S. Case No. 46 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 307, 338, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the undue delay of four days caused in institution of the first information report for which there is no plausible explanation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P. S. Case No. 46 of 2018, subject to the conditions as
