2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for directing the respondent authorities for making local inspection to pay proper compensation to the petitioners for Khata No. 145, Plot No. 809, Area 2.56 decimal situated in Mauza-Bihariganj, Thana No. 231 which is residential land and in the same plot and beside this plot, the rate fixed as residential land and they received compensation as residential land and petitioners' land compensation fixed as agricultural land.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this
Patna High Court CWJC No.10034 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach before the learned Arbitrator i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Purnea for redressal of their grievance.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.
