The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No.529 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No.84002 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on the ground that it was petitioner who is alleged to have fired causing injury in the knee of the informant, but a Medical Board is constituted and the Medical Board has not yet expressed its opinion with regard to the injury.

No.4014 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Be that as it may, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 17.06.2020 and since then the petitioner is evading his appearance. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that it was he who fired causing firearm injury in the knee of the informant.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
