The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 388 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession one country made pistol, three cartridges and mobile were recovered.
