The Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20,21,22 and 23 of the NDPS Act. Allegation is of recovery of 75 Kg of Ganza from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The Ganza has been recovered from the back portion of the Samudayik Bhawan which is a open space. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2018. However, considering the allegation against the petitioner that 75 Kg of Ganja has been recovered from his
