2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 974 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 35,000/- was looted from the informant. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation and he is in custody since 10.08.2023.

4. The petitioner out of his own had offered to pay Rs. 35,000/- to the informant and the same has been handed over to the informant by way of demand draft which has been received by the informant. This has been done without prejudice to the case of the petitioner and without accepting his guilt.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35604 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 974 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will visit Ara Nagar Police Station on the first Sunday & last of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
