2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea vide order dated 05.07.2022, in connection with K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
