The petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of the order dated 06.08.2015 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No.12 of 2014 under Sections 498(A), 494/34 of the IPC.
On 09-05-2017 direction was issued by a bench of this Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh, as his lordship then was) to file an affidavit bringing on record the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48236 of 2015(3) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 present stage of the case and the matter was to be listed after one week.
As per the office report no such petition has been filed.
Taking into account the attitude of the petitioner in not complying the order dated 09-05-2017 of Patna High Court, no relief can be extended to him.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
