However, Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned AAG, has drawn attention of the Court to the statement in

Patna High Court MJC No.4549 of 2014(10) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 paragraph-7 of the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.3 and at the same time he has informed this Court about disposal of large number of contempt applications by Division Bench.

Having regard to the fact that the matter was set at rest by the order of the Division Bench, no further indulgence is required.

The present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
