2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha G.R.P. Case No. 04 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. While the informant was returning to his home along with the petitioners from Delhi after boarding Tata Nagar Express train. On reaching the Gidhaur Railway Station, while the informant was getting off from the train, in the meanwhile, both the petitioners dashed the informant down and thereafter, petitioner no. 2 assaulted the informant by means of knife and

Learned Advocate for the petitioners contended that in fact the informant and petitioner no. 1 are cousin and due to some altercation on account of a trifle, they entered into scuffle resulting into some unfortunate injuries. However, the injuries sustained to the informant is found to be simple in nature. In support of the aforesaid contention, the injury report has been placed on record. It is further contended that in fact no such occurrence of snatching and loot has been done and only in order to mount pressure and wreck vengeance, the present FIR came to be lodged. The petitioners bear fair antecedent and they undertakes that they will fully co-operate in the proceeding of the Court.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposed the pre-arrest bail application.

6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the simple nature of injury and the fair antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
