JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67495 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 registered for the offence under section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a/26, 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner's involvement has come in the killing of the deceased while committing dacoity.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 17.05.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
